MISSION TO LIBERIA.
DECISION AT GENEVA. (British. Official Wireless.) (Received 11 a.m.) RUGBY, April 13. The League of Nations has decided to send a mission to Liberia to organise public health services and to investigate yellow fever. Dr. Melville Douglas Mackenzie will lead the mission.
