AVIATION PROGRESS.
LANDING GROUND WANTED. OPOTIKI DISCUSSION. (From Our Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, Saturday. The need for the making of provision for a landing ground for aeroplanes was stressed at the annual meeting of the Opotiki Chamber of Commerce. It was decided to obtain' as much information as possible, and to communicate with the Opotiki-Waioeka Domain Board, the County Council and the Borough Council. The racecourse domain was mentioned as being suitable for the purpose.
