Although the Trading Coupons Bill as a. wliole is not regarded as urgent legislation, the Prime Minister (Rt.'Hon. G. W. Forbes) indicated to-day that he proposed to deal this session with that portion of the bill relating to a trading coupon company in Auckland. If time permitted other clauses- would also be gone on with.
