DRUNK ON LIMITED.
YOUNG MAN FINED. (From Our Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Sunday. Norman Ivan Jones (22), a fisherman, of Weymouth, was charged in the Hamilton Court on Saturday with travelling on the Auckland-Wellington Limited express without having first paid the proper fare. The charge was dismissed by Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., on the grounds that accused was in such an intoxicated condition as to make him entirely incapable of forming an intention. On a charge of being found drunk on the train, accused was fined 10/.
