(Received 11 a.m.) CHICAGO, April 10, "Scarface" A 1 Capone is quoted as etatingthat it is his belief that business conditions have sufficiently improved to have warranted the closing to-day of his free soup kitchen, in which he has fed 3000 men daily for the past six months.
