FEILDING-"QUOTATIONS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) FEILDING, Friday. Therj were heavy yardings at the stock sale to-day. Quotations were:—Sheep: Fat lambs, to 15/5; fat ewes, to 11/9; fat wethers, to 14/4; store Rqmney ewe lambs, 14/3; good wether lambs, 10/; mixed sex lambs, 8/10; two-tooth ewes, running with Southdown rams, 18/6; four and six-tooth ewes, 12/9. Dairy cattle:. Jersey, second calvers, to £11; springing heifers,- to £7 15/; Ayrshire, £5 15/. Fat cattle: Steers, to £7 2/6; light fat Jersey cows, £4 5/.

A local shortage is anticipated, and prices advanced. Ewes realised from 6/ to 8/9, most above 8/; wethers, 10/10 to 8/11; lambs, 7/ to 9/2; second grade ewes, to 7/6. In store sheep there was an entry of 16,000. Due to wonderful growing conditions 'Since the break of the drought, and buyers from Hawke's Bay to Opotiki, there was a lively sale. The advance was estimated at 2/ a head, with a total clearance under the h ammer . Ewes, five-year-old. highest 9/6; two-tooth to five-year, 8/8; four-tooth five-year, 6/2 to 6/9; six-year, good, 5/4; two-tooth to eighttooth, good, 8/10; four-tooth to eighttooth, 7/7; four and six-tooth, fairly good, 6/10 to 7/9; two-tooth, with size and condition, 10/5 to 9/7; fairly good, 7/11; empty ewes, fairly good, 5/9 to 6/6; wethers, best, 9/7; average, 8/ to 9/; small, 6/ to 8/; lambs, fat and forward, 6/8; good, 6/ to 6/6; fairly good, 4/ to 5/; culls, 2/6; medium, 1/6. RISE IN EXPORT PRICES. The export schedule of prices bury has advanced Vsd for lamb and %d for mutton, and this fact improved the sale for lamb and mutton at this week's Addington market.
