EAGLETS FOLEY MEMORIAL ALL-AGED TO BRONZE EAGLE. The autumn meeting of the Avondale Jockey Club opened in showery weather, and will terminate on Wednesday. Therfe was a fair attendance, and the coursfe, in spite of the recent rain, was in good order. V; r \ Taurua and Bronze Tray paid the dividends in the Rosebank Handicap. • J. /. Lucess defeated High Pitch in the hurdles. , / v The consistent Peter Jackson proved to v be the fastest juvenile. ' » ' Eaglet was too good for Eager Rose and Bright Glow in the chief handicap, the Foley Memorial. There were only three starters'in the All-Aged Stakes, in which Bronze Lagle was triumphant.
