LONDON, April 6.

Ypres messages state .that in the presence of delegates from all parts of the Empire, Lord Wakefield, the wealthy British philanthrophist, opened the original Toe H building at Poperinghe, Belgium, which he purchased and restored to its war-time appearance, including the'original chapel.

Rev. P. T. Clayton, accepting the gift on behalf of the Toe H movement, expressed the opinion that far into the future the house would continue to exalt and unite the minds of men.
