6 The Hawera Trotting Club's annual meeting "was poncluded to-day in dull, but fine, weather. There was a fair attendance and the track was fast. The totalisator handled £11,607, compared with £18,594 on the second day last year. The total handled for the meeting was £21,837, a decrease of £14,415 on the 1930 figures of £30,252.
