TIMBER FROM CANADA.
Your article appearing in Saturday's issue, dealing with logs of Douglas firs on the Golden Coast, would lead the public to believe that these logs were for discharge in New Zealand. As agents for that vessel, allow us to remove this impression bv making it known that the Jogs on the Golden Coast arc not for discharge in New* Zealand, but will bo unloaded in Australia.
