In reply to "Ratepayer," who claims to take such an interest in the affairs of the borough, if he is desirous of the names of the executive of the Ratepayers and Householders' Association he can apply to the undersigned. In regard to the accrued sinking fund, "Ratt* must have been inattentive, or is k* trying deliberately to misrepresent the position?
