WHANGAREI EASILY DEFEATED. (From Our Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. A fairly strong team from the Whaugarei Tennis Club visited Warkworth on Saturday to play representatives of the Rodney Association. Rodney won by 19 games to r>. The best game was the first ladies' doubles, which was won by Misses Mueller and E. Higglnson. 10—8. The winners in a progressive tournament held at the Whangarei Club's courts were Miss P. Dyle and Mr. K. Hayr.
