RADIO TOR POLAR TRIP. (Received 10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 18. , .Sir Hubert Wilkins was granted authority on Wednesday by the Radio Commission to maintain radio communication with the United States on his submarine Polar expedition. The license covers a. series of high frequencies _ for broadcasting,, and the communications *ill have 200 watt power, with the call letters WSEA.
