Once again Givan Ganesh Indian hawker, aged 30, appeared before Mr. F K. Hunt, S.M., This morning he was charged in the Police Court with usinf obscene language _in Hobson Street and using threatening language to Arthur Stewart McEwan. He pleaded gU «He" has been out of gaol only about a week," said Detective-Sergeant Kelly. "\nd we can't get him out of the country-that's the trouble," said Mr. Hunt. . "The onlv tiling to do is to give him twelve months," said Mr. Kelly. "About five o'clock on Saturday he went to an hotel and was told by the proprietor to *et out.
