CRASH IN STUNT.
SCOTTISH AIR TRAGEDY. LONDON, March 3. A shocking flying tragedy occurred near Glasgow. Two Royal Air Force auxiliary aeroplanes belonging to the City of Glasgow bombing squadron were looping the loop when they collided in mid air and crashed. The pilots, Flying Officers Lamb and Phillips, were killed. The mechanics jumped clear and landed safely with the aid of parachutes.

ESCAPE IN 'PLANE CRASH
BERLIN, March 8,
Five passengers and the four members of the crew of a Lufthansa aeroplane had narrow escapes from death. The machine made a forced landing in Holland. All the occupants had alighted when a tremendous explosion occurred and immediately the aeroplane was blown to atoms.
FRENCH AIR SERVICES. ESTIMATES INCREASED. PARIS, March 3. The French air estimates were introduced in the Chamber of Deputies yesterday. Thev total £17.532.000.. an increase of £1,600.000. The figure includes subsidies to air mail lines to toutn America,, Madagascar and Indo-lama totalling £1,565,000. also new lighting aeroplanes, £4,424,000.
