"BLUEBIRD" TO BE TUNED UP,

LONDON, March 8.
Sir Malcolm Campbell's racing car "Bluebird"' 3 has been cent to the workshop to enable the engine to be specially tuned up prior going to Buenos Ayres on March 14. In the event of "'Wizard" Smith beating the new record of 245.7 m.p.h., Campbell will attempt to regain it in New Zealand.
