CORDIAL FRIENDSHIP.
ARGENTINE AND THE PRINCES. BUENOS AYRES, March 8. The Prince of Wales and Prince George yesterday informally inspected _ the grounds of the British Tra-de Exhibition, which the Prince of Wales will open on March 14. The police guard was unable to keep the crowds of eager workmen away from the party. The Princes also visited San Marlin Military College. Since their arrival from El Palomar airport the Prince of Wales and his brother have received, whenever they have appeared in public, a wildly enthusiastic reception. When they drove to pay many official calls the streets were lined with great cheering crowds. They were the guests of honour last evening at a banquet at Government House.
LESS MILLIONAIRES. RETURNS FOR BRITAIN. • LONDON, March 8. There are 487 millionaires in Britain and Northern Ireland, compared with 600 in the year 1924-25, according to the Board of Inland Revenue's return for the year ended March, 1930. THIRD DAUGHTER. TO EMPRESS OF JAPAN. TOKYO, March 8. The Empress Nagako of Japan has given birth to a daughter. She now has three daughters.
