Gear Win in London County Council Elections. LOSSES FOR LABOUR. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 6. Tho Municipal Reformers, otherwise the Conservatives, -will continue to rule London by a substantial majority for three years. The elections for the London County Council, in which barely half the electors voted, resulted in Labour losing five seats, Liberals one, and the Municipal Reformers none. The final results of the elections allot the seats as follows: — Municipal Reformers 83 Labour 35 Liberals 6 The net gain of the Municipal Reformers Avas six and that of the Liberals one. Miss Ishbel Mac Donald, the Prime Minister's daughter, easily retained her seat in South Poplar.
