Pursuant to an order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Auckland, on the 2nd day of March, 1931, notice is hereby given that all Creditors rind other persons (including possible claimants under the Family Protection Act, 1908) having Clatais against the Estate of the abovenamed ADA'LOUISA EDMISTON. who died on or about the 30th day of September, 1930, and probate of whose will and first codicil thereto was granted on the 4th day of November, 1930. are hereby required, to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof, to her Executors, the New Zealand Insurance Company, Limited, and Phil in Augustus Edmiston, at the Office of the said New Zealand Insurance Company, Limited, in Queen Street, in the City of Auckland, on or before the Ist day of MAY, 1931. Notice is hereby further given by the Executors that after the Ist day of May. 1931, the Executors propose to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the Executors have then notice and, in such event, pursuant to Section 74 of the Trustee Act. 1908, the Executors having given the notices directed by the aforesaid order, will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the Executors had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
