AUCKLAND CITY CLUB.
The second qualification shoot under service conditions was held by the Auckland City Defence Rifle Club at Penrose on Saturday. Conditions were ideal, and the standard set for this type of shooting was lii"h the aggregate compiled by (.. J. si. Clark, who "dropped only three points in 30 shots, being a phenomenal one. AA ltn added handicaps he and H. Judkins won a spoon each. The practices were as follow Five rounds grouping at 2->yds. tne rounds slow, five rounds sna;i shooting and ten rounds rapid in 45s at 200 yds and five rounds slow shooting at 300 yds.
