WHEAT, FOUR AND PULSE. LONDON", February 27. Wheat—Cargoes are dull and quotations lower. Parcels are steady at late rates. Manitobas and La Platas are' ocasionally 3d easier. Futures:—London: February and April, 20/2 per quarter. - Liverpool: March, 4/3% per cental; May, 4/5%; July, 4/6%; October, 4/8%. Spot trade quiet. Australian, ex ship, 23/6 to 24/6. Flour.—Firmer. Australian, ex store, 18/6 to 19/6. Oats, steady. Peas and beans, firmer. CHICAGO WHEAT VALUES. (Received 11 a.m.) CHICAGO, February 27. Wheat for delivery in March is quoted at 79% cents per bushel, for delivery in May at 83 cents, for July delivery 65% cents, and for September 66% cents. FROZEN MEAT., # Messrs.
