MEETING IN AUCKLAND
A meeting of Auckland shareholders in the Bank of New South Wales has been called by the Auckland Stock Exchange for 2.15 p.m. on Wednesday, to consider the question of the deduction of Australian rate of exchange from dividends paid in New Zealand. AMALGAMATED ZINC. A cable to the Auckland Stock Exchange from Amalgamated Zinc, -Utd., reads as follows:—"Dividends to shareholders in New Zealand subject to current rate of exchange."
