DUNEDIN TOR ENGLAND.

CALL AT RUSSELL,

On the first stage of her voyage 'to England, H.M.s. Dunedin is to sail for Russell at 5.30 p.m. to-day, and will be followed by H.M.s. Diomede ten minutes '.later. The flagship is going Home to refit, and will fly the paying-off pen.nant when she sails. Both vessels will remain at Russell until February 28, when H.M.s. Dunedin will sail for Sydney, Homeward bound, ■via Australian ports and the Suez ■ Canal. Before she sails, Commodore Blake will transfer his flag to the Diomede and Captain M. J. C. de Meric '.will take command. After the departure of the Dunedin, 'H.M.s. Diomede will probably visit-South 'Island ports before joining the sloops 'Veronica and Laburnum at Wellington ;in April for the crews' annual musketry practice.
