(Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, February 15. It is reported that after a secret visit of ten days with.the object of securing a reconciliation with the British Ftoyal Family, Prince Rupprecht of Bavaria left London by air, bitterly disappointed by the King's refusal to receive him. Extraordinary reticence is maintained about the visit, but it is known that Prince Rupprecht was entertained by distinguished members of society. He stayed at the Ritz Hotel, where he was the guest of at luncheon, at which Field-Marshal Sir William Robertson is stated to have been present. News" recalls that Prince Rupprecht in war time described the English as "outmost hated enemies." The Allies charged him with brutality and pillage, and accused him of being the first commander to use poison gas. He is now living in comparative poverty in a small wing of his palace at Munich, the* remainder of which has been converted into flats. i
