RIOT IN JAPAN.

TOKYO, February 13.

A message from Kobe saye a prolonged wages dispute at the Japan Bridge and Girder Foundry, at Osaka, culminated this morning, when 60 workers stormed the works. They broke in and destroyed everything they could destroy. A strong force of police arrived and a brisk battle raged, in which four constables were injured.
