Statistics collected by the Department of Agriculture regarding cereal crops this season show an estimated production of wheal, of approximately 6,500,000 bushels, being a decrease on last season's actual yield of 739,000 bushels. Thfe oat yield is expected to be 3,540,000 bushels, showing an increase of 540,000 bushels, while barley production is estimated at 795,000 bushels, 40,000 greater than the previous harvest.
