WORLD-WIDE RANGE. (British Official Wireless.) A (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, February 11. ■- The Vatican City's short wave broadcasting 1 and. wireless telephone and telegfapli duplex station, which the Pope will formally open to-morrow, will have a world-wide range. It was constructed at the Marconi works, Chelmsford, and in tests during the last week clear telephone conversations have taken place between the Vatican and Australia, India South Africa, Argentina, Canada,- the United States, and with London, Paris, Berlin, * Madrid and other European capitals. > •'
