WINCHCOMBE, CARSON, LTD. INTERIM DIVIDEND PASSED. Owing to the uncertain financial and political outlook, the directors of Winchcombe Carson, Ltd. (Sydney), e decided not' to pay the usual interim halfyearly dividend. In its last year the company paid a dividend of 7 per cent, which was a reduced rate.
