CHURCH AND BIRTH CONTROL.
In reply to "Medicus Anglicanus," whose criticism of the article published in the Supplement for Saturday, January 31 and written by Nelle Scanlan, has appeared in the "Star," I should like to draw his attention to an advertisement in the "Daily Express," London, on December 19. It is as follows: — "The Mother's Clinic, 10, Whitfield Street., W.L. At which help for poor mothers in line with the Lambeth resolution is given daily 'by lady doctors and qualified midwives, and no charges made." This was sent to me from England by a New Zealander travelling in Europe who is interested in birth. control, after seeing the condition under which children are 'being born and reared in the elum districts. I think it speaks for itself. READER.
