LONDON, January 21
At the wool sales 8447 hales were offered, including 1283 New Zealand. About 5000 were sold. There was a splendid selection of greasy Merinos, and a small supply of scoured. Mermos and 111 New Zealand sorts. Opening prices ■we're, confirmed. There were large withdrawals, owing to owners refusing to meet the market. New Zealand greasy crossbred, Ranui, s|d to 5 Ad.
kabbitskin sales.

LONDON, January 21,
At the rabbitskin sales 2250 bales were offered, and 740 sold. Furriers best declined to five per cent, compared with November, medium 10 to lo per cent. Hatters, medium to good, were not wanted. A few sold at a deplme of 3a .per cent, inferior 15 per cent.
