MELBOURNE TO DOMINION. (Received 1.30 p.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. About 3000 people assembled on St. Kilda pier to see the yacht Oimara leave on the voyage to New Zealand. The vacht was heavily laden with stores and provisions. The trip is expected to occupy a fortnight.
