Sir Henry Buckleton left Frankton-ior Wellington last evening. Mr. W. J. Broadfoot, M.P. for Waitomo, is staying at- the Commercial Hotel. * . The Hon. E. Masters, M.L.C.,, left Auckland for Wellington last evening. Dr. W. Simmons, of Connecticut, U.S.A., is making a tour of the Dominion, and is staying at the Grand Hotel. Mr. J. S. Dawes, vice-president of the Auckland Employers' Association, returned from Sydney by the Ulimaroa yesterday Mr. P. W. Maddock, New Zealand manager lor Metro-CVoldwyn-Maj ei Pictures, is visiting Auckland, and is staying at the Grand Hotel. The Rev. Thomas Lindsey, of Wanganui Collegiate School, is in temporary charge of St. Barnabas! Church, Mount lulen, during the absence on holiday of the vicar, the Rev. F. G. Harvie. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Brymer, of Manchester, arrived by the Ulimaroa from Sydney yesterday. With their family they will take up farming in New Zealand. ilr. Brymer is a keen cricketer, and played for some years in the Lancashire County second eleven.
