BY-ELECTION NECESSARY.
(British Official Wireless.) (Received i 1.30 a.m.) RUGBY} December 28. A by-election lias been rendered necessary by the death of Lord Melcliett as his son and heir, the Hon. Henry Mond, is Conservative member for the East Toxeth division of Liverpool, and will now take his seat' in the House of Lords.
