It is stated that the Belgian Government has given permission to Major Ramon Franco, leader of the recent abortive Spanish revolt, to enter the country on condition that he abstains from political activities. Major Franco says he wishes to remain a, few days only. . Another report from Berlin says that he, ; will proceed to Friedrichshafen to join the Dornier . ;> '.plane works.
