The Russian authorities have suspended the Vladivostock branch of the Japanese Bank of Korea and had the manager and other members c* the staff arrested. This action follows a month's very close scrutiny of the books of the bank. It is understood that the bank's operation interfered with the maintenance of the rouble exchange rate.
