DECREE NISI GRANTED.

A decree nisi to be moved absolute in three months was granted this afternoon in the Supreme Court by Mr. Justice Smith to Clifford John Walker, who sought a dissolution of his marriage with Agnes Walker. It .wae stated that petitioner and respondent had been married in November, 1923. Two years later a deed of separation was entered into. A written acknowledgment of this had been received from respondent. There wae one child of the marriage.
