DUNNDTGHAM REMANDED

RELEASED ON BAIL.

Brian" Dunningham, the young Auckland solicitor, who was arrested as he was about to sail from Wellington for Sau Francisco on Tuesday afternoon, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, fe.M., at the Police Court this morning. Accused, for whom Mr. CI. P. Finlay appeared, was charged with aiding and abetting a man and woman in making a declaration that would amount to perr jury if made on oath in a judicial proceeding. The-,Crown Solicitor (Mr- V. R. Meredith) obtained a remand until December 11. Accused's bail was renewed.
