BOYCOTT WEAKENS.
POSITION or BRITISH GOODS. KUGBY, December 2. In a Parliamentary answer, Mr. Wedgwood. Benn, Secretary for India, said the strength of the boycott of British goods in "India: varied greatly in different places and from time to time. Cotton goods had been more severely boycotted than others. Tlie boycott was now weakening over India as a whole but Avas still effective in Bombay. .
