BANDITS' VICTIMS.
WOMEN RESCUED IN CHINA. SHANGHAI, December 2. Mongols have rescued Mrs. Hay ward and Miss Gomersal, who -were captured by Chinese bandits recently. Officials have telegraphed for troops to disperse the bandits. The rescue party has reached Paotouchen.
