GISBORNE, Saturday.^
/ At the Gisliprne sale the fat sheep entry, 750, was much in excess of Jocal reaiiirements. Qjiality was first-class. Ewes were cheaD,er. Best maiden, _17/; extra, 16/6 to 16/8; good, 13/ t°ls/6, wethers, 18/; second grade ewes, 10/ to 12/10: black face hoggets, 14/7. _ Store sheep: An entry of 4800 declined generally 2/ to 3/. Ewes: One hundred per cent lambs, 22/; fairly good, 18/; moderate, 16/ to 14/. Hoggets: First-class, 16/9; good, 14'/ to 15/7J fairly good, 10/ _to 13/; twotooth ewes, l?/9 to 15/6; dry ewes, young, good, 15/1; four-tooth to five-year, tairly lood, 10/; old, fairly forward, 9/11; good gtore conditio?, 6/9 to 8/; wethers, 17/ to 17/9.
