Business firms who take delivery of goods from Rotoriia with their own lorries will be allowed an amount equal to that which would be paid to a carrier if t\\e goods were delivered by the Department. Firms whose premises are outside the business area will be similarly treated. A condition is provided for the benefit of clients who send and receive ALL their goods BY RAIL. In such ~ cases any commodity which is now carried at less than the "D" rate will be charged the cheaper rate.
