DEATH OF D. GUGGENHEIM. (Received 2 p.m.) LONG ISLAND, September 28. The death has occurred suddenly of Daniel Guggenheim, 74, capitalist, philanthropist, aviation enthusiast and laterly called "One of the rulers of America."
