Fears Roused by Hitler's Speech. REVOLUTION NEAR? (Received 11.30 a.m.) BERLIN, September 23. Slumps on tho Berlin and Frankfort Stock Exchanges followed Herr Hitler's Leipzig speech and shares fell from six to, 20 "points. It is feared in Bourse circles that the revolutionary preparations are advanced further than the authorities realise, but the police ridicule these apprfeh elisions and regard the speech as purely propaganda. Herr Hitler has called off the Potsdam parade, which was to have been held on Sunday.
