Whitehall is most perturbed over yesterday's incident' when Mr. "Noel Baker, a British delegate< to the League, was robbed.in his hotel at; the point'of a revolver, several important keys being stolen.. Very few details are disclosed beyond, the confirmation of the actual theft of the keys, but the incident borders on the sensational; International crime detectives aremaking every effort to recover the keys, which were of the kind that diplomats never release from their possession' , and - always have securely fastened to.,their person*
