(Received 10.30 a.m.) CAPETOWN, September 17.
"Wβ deny thfc right of anV European nation, England included, to act anywhere in Africa in conflict with our ideals," was the outspoken criticism of the Minister of Lands, Mr. P. G. W. Grobler, regarding a White Paper foreshadowing the British native policy in East Africa. The Minister dealt exhaustively with the question at the opening of the Transvaal Nationalist Congress.
