AMUSING INVERCARGILL INCIDENT. New M.P.'s Tribute to "Baxter's." Loud laijghter was caused when the newly elected member for Invercargill, Mr. Vincent Ward, addressed the public from the balcony of the Grand Hotel on the evening of August 15, after the result of the poll had been declared. Mr. Ward remarked on the huskinesa of his voice, and stated that his wife, who had been a nurse, was taking care of him by "massaging his legs" with Baxter's Lung Preserver!
