SUNDAY SCHOOL UNION.
The annual rally of the Auckland Sunday School Union is to be held in the Town Hall on Saturday, September 27, when shields and prizes won at the Scripture examinations will be presented. On Thursday, the 28th, the annual meeting is to be held in the Unity Hall, when there will be a commemoration of Robert Raikes' .work in founding Sunday schools in. 1780. Pageants are to Tie shown illustrative of founding the Auckland branch of the Sunday School Union, and its subsequent development.
