In the Whangarei Magistrate's Court to-day, before Mr. G. H. Morris, S.M., Horace Pair, taxi proprietor,. sued two Chinese, Hap Seng and-Wong Kai, and a white man, Charles Blagrove, for the sum of. £110 for damage .allegedly done to his motor car, and • incidental losses, when defendants drove the car- to Auckland last January to attend the Takapuna races.
