ARREST OF INCENDIARY. .MINISTER'S DECISION. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) . WELLINGTON, this day. After the lapse of man; months the £250, reward, offered by the insurance underwriters for the arrest of the person responsible for the series of fires in Christehurch last year has been allocated. The Hon. J. G. Cobbe, Minister of Justice, informed the " Star" correspondent that he has approved of the police accepting the reward, which will be allocated by the Commissioner ol Police. The largest part, wir received by Constable Gillazn, who made the arrest. j
