When play , was resumed at Folkestone to-day the Australian cricketers took their score to 432. Interest has vanished from the match as a draw is inevitable. .
Chapman bowled every man on his side with the exception of the wicketkeeper. Jackson and Bradman scored with freedom, hammering Freeman. The former reached liis thousand runs of the tour in first-class games, and Bradman topped liis 3000, including his Scottish match century. The.tail-enders, Wall and Hornibrook, made a surprising stand, scoring 97 runs in 70 minutes, and they carried the visitors' total past their opponents'. England batted for an hour before stumps.
